An equivalent of signed written contract, stating that you have agreed to accept any terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies when you are accessing, viewing or visiting this website which the terms are stated below and in “privacy policies” page. fiorathailand.com also reserves the right to change the “terms and conditions" and privacy policies at any time, with immediate effect. However, if any of the condition for any reason is unenforceable, that condition shall not affect the validity of any of the remaining condition.

All contents are also a trademarks to Fiorathailand,com and may not be used in connection with any other product or service that does not belong to Fiorathailand that may cause any confusion to any customers, or be used in a way that discredits Firoathailand.

 

Reviews, Comments and Communications 

 

Reviews, comments, photos, videos and other content can be posted as long as the content is not illegal, threatening, invasive of privacy or infringing of intellectual property rights, and must not contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailing or any form of any unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You must not impersonate any person or entity, and may not use false email address. Fiorathailand reserves the right to remove or edit such content at anytime.

Any contents and materials posted on fiorathailand.com, Fiorathailand reserve the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works form, distribute and display such content throughout any social media. Any content posted by you or any third party will not be in the responsibility of Fiorathailand and we will not take any liability.

Firoathailand respects the intellectual property of others, therefore if you have a reason to believe that your intellectual property rights are being breached, please contact us on 082091 8490.

 

Delivery and Risk Damage

 

Grab Delivery (Recommended) : exchange and refund available 

 

We will contact you in advance to arrange the most convenient time for your purchase(s) to be delivered. All payments will be made by the customer upon delivery. Please check the condition of the box upon delivery. If the box is found to be damaged, please take a picture of the box with the appearance of the Grab driver. Otherwise we can not offer you an exchange nor a refund if the product(s) is claimed to be damaged.

 

EMS/Kerry (Not recommended for medium to large items) : no damage claim available 

 

We can also provide EMS or Kerry shipping. We will contact you regarding the delivery price which the payment can be made via bank transfer before shipment. However, if the product is damaged due to the delivery process, we will not hold ourselves responsible and no exchange nor refund can be made.  

 

Exchange 

 

Any product(s) that you wish to exchange due to any reasons will have be claimed within the same day of delivery. The product(s) can be exchange to any other product with the same price or less (excluding product(s) on promotion). If the price of the exchanged product(s) is less, the different in price will be refunded. 

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product that you had received. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us (within the same day of delivery). Once you had chosen a different product(s), you will have to return the product(s) to us at your own expense (in the same condition)(if damaged we can not accept the product(s)). A new product will then be sent to you via the delivery method of your choice which you will also be responsible for the delivery expense. 

 

This section apply to Grab Delivery only

 

If the box is damaged upon delivery, we kindly ask you to take a picture of the box with the appearance of the Grab deliver as proof. In order to make a claim please get in touch with us within the same day of the delivery.

 

If the box is claimed to be damaged with presence of proof. We will then offer you an exchange free of any another other expense other than the first initial delivery. Please then return the product(s) via Grab Delivery which we will pay for the expense of the return delivery ourselves. A new product will then be sent to you which we will pay for the delivery expense at the origin.

 

If the box is claimed to be damaged with no presence of proof. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the damaged product(s) and no exchange will be offered.

 

If the product is claim to be damage but the box is not damaged. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the damaged product(s) and no exchange will be offered.

 

Return/Refund

 

Any product(s) that you wish to return to us for any reason must be claim within the same day of delivery. Once the product(s) is return to us (at your own expense), we will then check the product(s)’s condition. If the product(s) is in the same condition, we will offer you a full refund with 200 THB per product(s) being deducted as handling fee.

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the product that you had received. We kindly ask you to get in touch with us (within the same day of delivery). If you wish to return the product(s) for a refund, you will have to return the product(s) to us at your own expense (in the same condition)(if damaged we can not accept the product(s)).

 

In the case that if the return product(s) is not accepted and you wish for the product to be redeliver to you. The product(s) can be return to you at your chosen delivery method, at your own expense.

However you will be responsible for the expense of the delivery to you. Please then return the product(s) via Grab Delivery which we will pay for the expense of the return delivery ourselves.

 

If the box is claimed to be damaged with no presence of proof. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the damaged product(s) and no return/refund will be offered.

 

If the product is claim to be damage but the box is not damaged. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we cannot hold ourselves responsible for the damaged product(s) and no return/refund will be offered.

 

Product descriptions 

 

Firoathailand tries to be as accurate as possible, nevertheless therefore are some variety in handmade products.Therefore, the specification is the average taken over a range of number of items of the same product, which are shown on the product’s page. However, if the product does fluctuate more than 10% of the specified specification the product can be exchange or refunded upon your request (please see the exchange and refund terms and conditions above).
