We offer a return policy with a full refund within 3 days after receiving the product if you decided to change your mind. In the case of any damages to the product before the hand over process between our delivery team and you, we will offer an exchange (free of charge) or a full refund, upon your wishes. However if you decide to change your mind after 3 days, we offer an exchange policy, where your product can be exchange to a different product (i.e. colours). All return and exchange service are carried out by our delivery team prior to a cost, depending on the distance and time of the day.
